This is my first animation in maya .In this we have used a live reference to do the animation.
my reference material was plastic ball
before animating I observed the video and I noted down the important things from the video such as total number of frames,number of bounce, And I also did a rough drawing of the ball bounce it helped me to understand the different between each bounce like the max hight of the ball in each bounce, distance of each bounce etc...
next the key framing, It is the important part of every animation. my rough drawings and the video reference helped me to get the key poses easily.after that I worked on brakedowns .Then I started adjusting the timing of my animation according to my video reference

This is the first animation where I learned about graph editor.It is used to adjust our animation easily, we can remove unwanted keys by using this. from this I learned about where to use break tangent,weighted tangents, and also learned the importance of liner mode ,flat ,auto etc...
